Join Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection kick off the 2019 FrogWatch Season! 

Interested in learning about frogs, frog calls, and which frogs are native to our area? Want to participate in citizen science program that is fundamental to collecting long-term data on the nation's frogs and toads. This is your opportunity! We will provide two volunteer training sessions, one before the monitoring season and one during the season. Breeding season is from February through August. During the training you will learn about frogs and about the FrogWatch program. 

You will have the option of monitoring a pre-registered site by the County or registering your own site.
